We also provide services including custom application, crop consulting, and precision soil analysis.
We are hiring a reliable Equipment Shop Manager near New Castle, IN to oversee daily equipment and repair operations in an agronomy setting.
As our Shop Manager you will be responsible for providing employees with the resources needed to complete all tasks and duties.
This position also provides assistance for the fuel division with deliveries and servicing fuel equipment.
A great Shop Manager will have a thorough understanding of general vehicle maintenance, vehicle mechanics knowledge, electrical, and welding/fabrication.
The goal of the Shop Manager is to ensure company equipment is well cared for and ready to support daily operations.

What you will be doing:
Oversee and plan implementation of daily upkeep and repair of company vehicles and equipment.
Managing and overseeing daily shop operations.
Assigning workload to team members.
Maintaining proper parts and consumables inventory.
Placing parts orders when needed.
Keeping maintenance logs.
Building and property maintenance.
Driving commercial vehicles.
Fuel delivery.
Fuel equipment servicing and installation.
What we're looking for:
Solid understanding of general vehicle maintenance/mechanics, electrical, and welding.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
