Magical Moments ABA - Magical Moments ABA, a fast-growing, client and therapist-focused company is seeking a strong Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! This Position is for afternoon and evening hours, from about 3 PM until about 8 PM OUR MISSIONWe aim to enhance and improve the lives of individuals with Autism through the evidence-based practice of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Through high quality, frequent supervision, and continued professional development, we strive to create the best possible outcomes for the individuals we serve.
In addition, we focus on the development of ABA professionals, creating well-rounded, knowledgeable, and educated practitioners of behavior science.
JOB SUMMARYThe RBT works with clients on the Autism spectrum, providing direct service to the client within their home or school.
The treatment program will follow the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and occurs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction and programs to increase communication, daily living skills, social skills, play skills, and more.
Manage challenging behaviorsSupport clients with Autism in their homes, schools, and community settingsFind creative ways to keep clients motivated to learnCommunicate effectively, and professionally with the client, client's family, and therapy teamWork collaboratively with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and school staff for effective program implementation.
Take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)Collect accurate data on a client's progress using Central Reach Complete required trainings related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulationsAccurately record and maintain scheduled appointments in the practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policiesAdhere to and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentialityTravel to and from client homes and other service locations LOCATION:
