Description
Indiana MENTOR is seeking a Group Home and Supported Living Program Director for our New Castle office, supporting homes in the Daleville and New Castle area.
Duties will include:
Manages the day to day operations of supported living programs
Manages, hires, trains and schedules staff.
Responsible for the financial performance of individual programs; completes purchasing of program supplies; and reviews and submits billing compliance documentation.
Maintains and fosters relations with individuals receiving services, families and guardians; implements individualEUR(TM)s satisfaction enhancement plans as appropriate.
Implements program incident management protocols; ensures timely incident reporting and implementation of corrective action.
Maintains program compliance with Network and regulatory standards.
Provides leadership including direct supervision of home managers and direct support professionals
Implements Network employee practices; implements program safety and workersEUR(TM) compensation programs; recommends and assists with involuntary terminations and written warnings; provides employee orientation and training.
Maintains licensing and compliance for program services and supports; assures timely and accurate program documentation.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelors degree strongly preferred
Two to three years of experience with the MR/DD community preferred
Strong leadership ability
Strong computer skills
At least two years in a supervisory role
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
Must be willing to be on call

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
