Maintenance Manager

# Primary Responsibilities
+ Inspect facilities, infrastructure and equipment to maintain a safe, effective and dependable work environment. Work cooperatively with various members of other departments and manufacturing sites throughout Crown in planning and executing process relocations, manufacturing layout improvements and other continuous improvement projects relating to site. Generate CAD drawings, generate estimates and seek bids as needed. Prepare and present project proposals as required. Consult with corporate Director of Facilities Planning in budget planning and project development. Meet with managers, supervisors, project coordinators, CI, sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors regarding project development and execution. Assist other departments with proper techniques of design, layout and installations.
+ Develop and track departmental metrics, goals and objectives. Take a leading role in strategic and proactive planning. Communicate relevant information to various stakeholders and management as required. Evaluate and recommend appropriate maintenance practices to meet the needs of the manufacturing operation. Enforce all general safe work procedures as prescribed per Company policy. Promote safe work practices and policies. Be aware of and correct any unsafe practices or conditions throughout the manufacturing facility. Provide guidance and direction to other departments in solving and/or addressing maintenance concerns.
+ Direct the hiring, placing, transferring and promoting of maintenance employees. Approve weekly employee payroll hours. Process and approve employee paperwork to include vacations, personal leave, incident reports, return-to-work forms, employee improvement forms, etc. Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Perform duties such as creating/revising job descriptions, conducting Talent Development discussion sessions, rating performance, establishing/tracking goals and completing annual wage reviews. Responsible for coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities.
# Qualifications
+ Associate?s degree required plus 8-15 years related experience in project managment, electrical/plumbing/mechanical infrastructure maintenance, construction project management and factory/industrial equipment maintenance. Electrical engineering background is a plus. Bachelor?s degree preferred.
+ Previous experience supervising/managing staff required. Good interpersonal skills.
+ Previous experience leading and managing projects. Good presentation skills.
+ Previous experience developing and managing a budget.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
