Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive, coordinate and process calls from customers and salespersons for rental and used equipment.? Initiate/schedule deliveries and process paperwork, invoices, records, files and reports.? Collaborate with management to monitor rental equipment and used truck inventories to facilitate the buying and selling of assets.? Process credits and re-invoicing of equipment when necessary.? Maintain complete files on all orders.? Assist coworkers with administrative duties as necessary.? Follow-up and review service costs as needed and make recommendations to management on truck asset replacement.? Provide information to reconcile disputes with customers when needed.? Approve and code vendor invoices for payment.? Physically tag equipment when received and perform physical inventories as required.? Review and process miscellaneous paperwork.? Attend meetings with customers and/or staff.?


  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-4 years of related experience.

  • Associate?s degree, preferably in business, is desired.

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.?

  • Good organizational and computer skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
